HYPO ROTARY GEAR PUMPS

Mounting : HYPO pump have Foot and Flange Mountings These can be directly Foot Mounted or Flanged Mounted without any extra fittings or fixtures.
Port Connections : The inlet outlet connections of the pumps up to 2" size are I.E.. Screwed, and above 2" size have flange Connections.
Relief Valve : Built-in-Pressure Relief Valve up to 40 Kg/cm2
Pump Drives : Pumps coupled to T.E.F.C. Electric Motors and Horizontally or vertically mounted on common base with flexible couplings and guards are available in all models. Pumping sets with Explosion / Flameproof motors are  also available. Pump sets Driven by V-Belts or Reduction Gear Unit for Specific Application are also Supplied.

                            CONSTRUCTION
Body & Covers : They are made from high grade close grain cast iron casting grade IS. 20 and are hydraustatically tested at twice the working pressure.
Gear & Shaft : The gears are double helical or spur. The gears & Shafts are made from EN-8 Steel in Standard Pumps and from EN-24 Hardened and lapped in Special Pumps.
Bearings :
Ball / Roller  Bearings are Provided in all the Pumps. Bush Bearings can be providede for specific Liquids
Seals :
(1) Neoprene Oil Seals are Provided in all Standard Pumps. (2) Gland Pickings Can be provided for hot and abrasive liquids. (3) Mechanical seals are provided in place of Neoprene Oils seals or gland packing for specific applications.
Shop Test : All Pump pass through close Quality Control and shop tested  for their Capacity and Pressure Before the are dispatched. Routine shop tests certificates for capacity, Pressure and power consumption are furnished on request. 
              
  

Transfer Gear Pumps

Pump Coupled with Motor and mounted on a Common Base Frame with Guard & Couplings.

Hydraulic Pumps

Capacity:  Up to 125 L.P.M.
Pressure: Up to 100 Kg / Cm2

Reversible / Bi-directional Pumps

Capacity: Up to 75 L.P.M.

Reversible Gear Pump : ( Unidirectional Flow) These Pumps Give  Delivery Of  Liquid in One Direction Even Though the rotations of the Pumps are either clockwise or anticlockwise. They are versatile for the Lubrication of Machine Tools Cranes, Gear Boxes etc.

HYPO Rotary Gear Pumps have been grouped in there groups of low Medium and High Pressure Pumps in pressure range.

Group-A (Low Pressure) : The Multi-purpose Rotary Transfer Gear Pumps : This series consists of pumps to handle the viscous liquids such as Fuel Oils, Lubricating Oils, Paints, Varnish, Molasses, Soaps, Asphalts, etc and are also used in filter Presses, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries, Canning & Dairy Industries.

HYPO Oil Lubrication Systems are compact in size contain Oil Pump to delivery specified volume of oil at constant rate, Self Cleaning or Basket Filters to send clean oil constant. All these with order necessary instrumentation for controlling, checking devices like Pressure Gauges, Thermometers, Temperature Switch, Hooter to keep watch on various important working parameters. It can also be equipped with stand -b pump to operate on failure of the main pump, stand -by Filter, Oil Cooler  & other automation can be incorporated as per importance of lubrication applications. These all components are scientifically fitted over the oil Tank.
